Enable JavaScript in your browser

Use these help instructions to enable JavaScript in your web browser.

Choose browser

Mozilla Firefox

Follow these instructions to activate and enable JavaScript in Firefox:

PC

  1. Click on the Firefox button and then open the Options.
  2. Select the Content panel.
  3. Then, check the Enable JavaScript checkbox.
  4. Click OK to close the Options window.
  5. Finally, Refresh your browser.

MAC

  1. Select the Firefox menu item from the Apple/System bar at the top of the screen.
  2. From the drop-down menu, select Preferences...
  3. Select the Content icon/tab at the top on the window.
  4. Then, check the Enable JavaScript checkbox.
  5. Close the Options window to save your changes.
  6. Finally, refresh your browser.

Microsoft Internet Explorer

Follow these instructions to activate and enable JavaScript in Internet Explorer:

PC

  1. In the Tools drop-down menu, select Internet Options.
  2. Next, select the Security tab.
  3. Then, select the earth (Internet) icon and click on the Custom Level button.
  4. Locate Scripting near the bottom of the list.
  5. Under Active Scripting, select Enable, then hit OK.
  6. Hit OK to close the Internet Options window.
  7. Finally, hit refresh on your browser window.

Google Chrome

Follow these instructions to activate and enable JavaScript in Chrome:

PC

  1. Select Customize and control Google Chrome (the icon with 3 stacked horizontal lines) to the right of the address bar.
  2. From the drop-down menu, select Settings.
  3. At the bottom of the page, click Show advanced settings…
  4. Under Privacy, select the Content settings… button.
  5. Finally, under the JavaScript heading, select the Allow all sites to run JavaScript radio button.
  6. Close the dialog with Done.

MAC

  1. Select the Chrome menu item from the Apple/System Bar at the top of the screen.
  2. From the drop-down menu, select Preferences…
  3. At the bottom of the page, click Show advanced settings…
  4. Under Privacy, select the Content settings… button.
  5. Finally, under the JavaScript heading, select the Allow all sites to run JavaScript radio button.
  6. Close the dialog with Done.

Apple Safari

Follow these instructions to activate and enable JavaScript in Safari:

MAC

  1. Select the Safari menu item from the Apple/System Bar at the top of the screen.
  2. From the drop-down menu, select Preferences…
  3. Select the Security icon/tab at the top on the window.
  4. Then, check the Enable JavaScript checkbox.
  5. Close the window to save your changes.
  6. Finally, Refresh your browser.
