Use these help instructions to enable Cookies in your web browser.

Choose browser

• Mozilla Firefox
• Microsoft Internet Explorer

Mozilla Firefox

Follow these instructions to activate and enable Cookies in Firefox:

PC

1. Click on the Firefox button and then Options.
2. Select the Privacy panel.
3. Set Firefox will: to Use custom settings for history.
4. Check mark Accept cookies from sites to enable Cookies.
5. Click OK to close the Options window.

MAC

1. Select the Firefox menu item from the Apple/System Bar at the top of the screen.
2. From the drop-down menu, select Preferences… and the Content tab.
3. Set Firefox will: to Use custom settings for history.
4. Check mark Accept cookies from sites to enable Cookies.
5. Click OK to close the Options window.

Microsoft Internet Explorer

Follow these instructions to activate and enable Cookies in Internet Explorer:

PC

1. Click Tools and then Internet Options.
2. Select the Privacy tab.
3. Under Settings set the slider to any status exept Block All Cookies
   OR
   Click the button Advanced and make sure First-party Cookies are not blocked.
4. Click OK to save your preference.

Google Chrome

Follow these instructions to activate and enable Cookies in Chrome:

PC

1. Click the Chrome menu icon.
2. Select Settings.
3. Click Show advanced settings near the bottom of the page.
4. Click Content settings in the "Privacy" section.
5. Select Allow local data to be set.

MAC

1. Select the Chrome menu item from the Apple/System Bar at the top of the screen.
2. From the drop-down menu, select Preferences…
3. Click Show advanced settings near the bottom of the page.
4. Click Content settings in the "Privacy" section.
5. Select Allow local data to be set.
6. Click the button Done to close the settings.

Apple Safari

Follow these instructions to activate and enable Cookies in Safari:

MAC

1. Select the Safari menu item from the Apple/System Bar at the top of the screen.
2. From the drop-down menu, select Preferences…
3. Select the Privacy icon/tab at the top on the window.
4. Then, under Block cookies: set the radio button to Never or From third parties and advertisers.
5. Close the window to save your changes.
6. Finally, Refresh your browser.
